Jennifer has spent over 25 years as an administrator in the field of human services and facility management. She has directed residential and behavioral services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health concerns in the community and in a state facility. As a vocational rehabilitation counselor, Jennifer worked with adults and transitioning youth with disabilities into supported employment.

Jennifer has been with The Arc of Somerset County since 2007 and has focused on the Early Intervention Program, early childhood programs and parent education.
