Lisa Intili joined The Arc in December 1988 working in management roles in the Old Stirling and Respite Group Homes. In August 1991, she became the Assistant Director of Residential Services and in 1996 became the Residential Assistant Director of Operations. When DDD invited The Arc of Somerset to take part in the pilot for the new Payeeship Program, Lisa was asked to develop the department for the agency. In 2004, the Payeeship Program became part of the Financial Services Department and as the Assistant Director of Financial Services Lisa not only concentrated on the Payeeship Program, but oversaw HUD operations and payroll services. In October 2008, she was promoted to the Director of Quality and is happily working in a more direct role supporting the individuals we serve.
Lisa earned a BA degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She volunteers her time with youth sports as a soccer and basketball coach as well with other community organizations. She resides in Warren County, NJ.
