Toni Gamble has been with The Arc since 2008. She oversees the HR department from a strategic and operational standpoint and also works closely with the payroll and finance functions. Toni, along with her Department, has successfully addressed the employee vacancy rate, while raising employee awareness about the role of Human Resources within the Agency.
Toni has had over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles prior to joining The Arc of Somerset. Most recently, she was employed with Maquet, Inc. as Human Resources Manager. Toni has managed every area of Human Resources in corporate and non-profit settings, including supervision of a full service Human Resources department at Neighborhood House Association.
Toni has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Hampton University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Administrative Sciences from Farleigh Dickinson University.
Her community involvement includes local and national membership in (SHRM) Society of Human Resources Management. As member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, she enjoys volunteering at Elijah's Promise Soup Kitchen and visiting the sick and shut in.
