After school care for a student with a disability for one month, or
Transportation to the food bank to secure a week's work of nutritious meals for an impoverished family of four in our P.A.C.T. program, or
The fee for a Camp Jotoni camper to participate in community outing during Action Adventure Week, or
A job coach for an adult with disabilities for one day, or
Participation in the Monday "Come and Dance" program for one adult for one year.
$500 would provide
Part-time daycare for one month for a child with a disability, or
Three therapy sessions for a child with a disability, or
One week at Day Camp at Camp Jotoni for an adult or child with a disability, or
One year of "Kids Night Out" drop-off respite program for a child with a disability, or
Center-based personal and vocational support for an adult with a disability, or
A weekend vacation to the beach with staff supports for an adult with a disability.
$1,000 would provide
Preschool and before or after school care for one month, or
One two-week session of residential sleepover camp at Camp Jotoni, or
Respite for a family with a child who has significant disabilities with six months of the Saturday drop-off respite program, or
Membership to the local health club for a child with a disability, or
Computer and adaptive software programs for an individual with a developmental disability, or
Ten month of transactions services from academic life to working life for a graduating student with a disability.
