  Brothers focuses and enhances the challenges our male service recipients 
 have on a daily basis and assists in the formation of friendships\, increa
 ses socialization\, and work life on a daily basis. Monthly meetings or ou
 tings\, which typically occur the last Thursday of the month\, address lif
 e skills\, community challenges\, social bonding activities and group disc
 ussions. The program is open to all male persons served by The Arc. Transp
 ortation is not provided.\n\nIn addition\, the group also schedules events
  in the community\, such as bowling night\, library\, movie night\, and wa
 lks in the park. With any outside events or dinners\, there may be some co
 sts for participation. All members and their residential programs/guardian
 s are provided information ahead of time as well as receipts.\n
