Mission

The Arc of Somerset County empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Through comprehensive services, advocacy, and partnership, we promote independence, dignity, and full participation in all aspects of life.

We envision a world where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are valued as equal members of society, with full access to opportunities for personal growth, meaningful community engagement, and a life of dignity.

Values Statement

Universal Commitment: We uphold these values in all relationships among employees, leadership, families, and the individuals we serve, ensuring they guide how we work together as well as how we deliver services within the community.
