Kimberly Butler joined The Arc of Somerset County in 2023 as the Director of Parents and Children Together (PACT). In this role, she oversees outreach, case management, and supportive services for families, with a special focus on providing parenting education and resources to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their children. She leads parent orientations, workshops, and one-on-one conferences while ensuring that families are connected with the resources they need to thrive.
Kimberly brings extensive experience in program leadership, clinical services, and family support. Prior to joining The Arc, she served as Program Director at Our House, Inc., where she managed daily operations for a large day service program and developed new activities and services to meet participant goals. She also worked as a staff clinician at Community Treatment Solutions, providing individual, group, and family therapy, and has held counseling roles in residential and community-based programs.
She earned her Master of Social Work from Monmouth University and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). Kimberly is also certified in CPR, Handle with Care, and is a facilitator of the *My Life My Choice* Prevention Curriculum.
